Interim ERP Project Manager

We are currently looking for an Interim ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements for the ERP system upgrade. This is a fixed term contract for around 6–9 months.

• Develop a detailed implementation plan outlining project scope, timeline and budget with supporting documentation
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work practices to ensure process consistency and repeatability
• Collaborate with stakeholders, department managers, IT personnel, consultants and end users to define program scope that meets the business needs
• Develop and oversee ERP testing program and identify risks and develop contingency plans
• Conduct end user training and post the go‑live support model
• Post implementation system performance monitoring to identify process and system improvements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, including experience managing ERP implementations
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Knowledge of ERP systems and implementation methodologies
