**** Your Role:
** Product Manager As a Product Manager at Elanco, you will play a pivotal role in discovering and delivering digital solutions within a complex product area, ensuring they are valuable and viable, delivering meaningful outcomes that are aligned with corporate strategy and goals. This Product Manager role will be a critical member of the R&D Vision AI product team, leading discovery and execution of solutions that advance the way we use vision solutions across research & development.
** Your Responsibilities:
*** Provide influential insights and establish domain expertise supported by strong analytical skills.
* Introduce proactive solutions addressing market and customer demands.
* Maintain and prioritize product backlog, adapting efficiently in strategic development.
* Execute iterative and valuable product outcomes through practiced agile methodologies.
* Persuasively communicate strategic product value across varied audiences and lead in business planning processes.
** What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
**
* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business).
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a dedicated IT Product Management role, with a strong focus on software products.
** What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
*** Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, particularly in computer vision, object detection, and behavioural pattern recognition.
* Familiarity with video processing technologies and data pipelines.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment.
* Experience building technology solutions for research & development teams.
* Experience managing products and stakeholders in a global organization.
