We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant to carry out a wide range of general maintenance, decorating, carpentry, service and repair work across all areas of the Hotel.
Candidates should have a proven track record in general site maintenance, repair work and planned preventative maintenance, and ideally possess key carpentry skills. An electrical background and domestic electrics knowledge is desirable, as is experience in other building trades.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure guests arrive to well‑maintained rooms and that all hotel services and facilities operate efficiently.
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to guest enquiries or complaints, keeping the manager and Duty Manager informed.
