The Bothy by Wildsmith returns you to a simpler time at the heart of Heckfield’s hidden landscape. The position will offer you an opportunity to work on a beautiful country estate and be a part of an exceptional team which strive to deliver exceptional customer service to each other and guests.

• You are responsible for general cleaning of the Bothy areas
• Keep all guest areas - relaxation, dressing rooms neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.
• Doing pool water balance checks and safety check around the waters and thermal spa area throughout the day.
• Ensure that we connect with each and every guest, each other and our environment to maximize the wellbeing experience for all.
• Promote the wellbeing opportunity to every visitor and in every interaction that takes place at the Bothy.
• To understand and share the slow time of Heckfield estate and weave the Bothy into its landscape, connecting all back to nature.
• Be part of a highly motivated team, who can deliver an excellent standard of service in all areas
• Ensure all check lists are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Basic salary of £25,500 PA

• Tronc (Allocation for 2024was £7,800+ per annum / per person based on full time hours)
