As a Programmer Analyst reporting to the Manager of IT Application Services, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and solutions in alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Modify and enhance existing software applications to improve functionality, performance, and usability.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security protocols in all development activities.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to problems.
• Document software functionalities, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

• BTS, DUT or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology.
• 2+ years of experience as a Programmer or Developer. Proficiency in programming languages: .NET, C++, Python and related frameworks; experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and data integration techniques; knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
