  44 per week – permanent role, 7 am–4:30 pm Monday‑Friday, 8 am–12 pm on a Saturday rota
• Salary: £30,296 basic salary per year
• Bonus/OTE: realistic total earning potential of up to £40,280 per year

• Lead the branch and manage a small team, developing their skills and performance.
• Ensure branch operations run effectively and meet performance targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance the sales and customer experience.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, team absences, and staff deployment.
• Support regional teams with recruitment activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
• Support training and keep accurate training records for staff.

• Hands‑on leadership, leading by example and driving the team to reach sales and branch targets.
• Passion and energy for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.
• A customer‑focused approach, willing to serve and proactively engage potential customers.
• A commercial mindset to drive sales, maximise margins, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong organisational, drive and leadership skills to manage a branch effectively.
• A full and valid driving licence – essential.
• Excellent management experience leading a team.
• Experience in a similar management role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment, is a distinct advantage.
