Role Description

This is a full-time, position based in Rainham but mainly in the field as a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of products and services. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, market analysis, and working closely with internal teams to develop proposals and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Regular liaison with suppliers and attendance at industry events to understand market trends and opportunities will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Business development, sales, and account management skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial and industrial mechanical services market or related industries
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel, as required
