Hybrid – Leeds

Right now, we’re running a major re-engagement campaign with one of the UK’s leading energy providers, alongside a portfolio of innovative brands across solar, PPE & workwear, apprenticeships, SaaS and construction services.

Every call, message, and conversation you have helps businesses discover better suppliers, smarter solutions, and long-term partnerships, while delivering measurable results for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a generic lead-gen role.

You’ll sit at the front end of the sales journey, connecting with decision-makers and booking high-quality appointments for our clients’ sales teams.

You’ll:

Start real conversations – Speak with decision-makers across multiple industries

Create opportunities – Generate leads and book qualified appointments that convert

Work across campaigns – Support a range of clients, sectors, and value propositions

Use smart tech – Run outbound campaigns powered by AI and intelligent data

Capture insight – Feed back learnings, objections, and opportunities to improve results
