Role Overview

TPPs Customer Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, formulating short‑ and long‑term goals, leading the execution of a variety of global projects and implementations, and expanding client relationships. The role works directly with customers, local, provincial, and national governments, and supports a worldwide network of suppliers and relationships.

• Advancing product benefits and promoting projects and use cases with customers.
• Representing the company brand at international events.
• Maintaining cooperative relations and company resources.
• Participating in business negotiations for new and potential opportunities.
• Analyzing customer needs and formulating service plans.
• Supporting key performance indicators to showcase customer project results.
• Coordinating internal and external cooperation.

• Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level.
• Minimum AAB at A-level.
• Native‑level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Adept in English (writing and speaking).
• 550/750 or above in Gaokao.
