A leading, multi-branch estate agency is seeking an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join their successful Worthing office.
This is a great opportunity for a high-performing Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking to step into management while still being hands-on in winning business.
OTE up to £40,000
The role
You’ll play a key part in driving sales performance, winning new instructions and supporting the branch manager in running a high-performing office.

Key responsibilities include:

* Winning and converting valuations and instructions

* Growing sales income and pipeline

* Managing and qualifying applicants

* Conducting viewings and negotiations

* Driving canvassing and marketing activity

* Identifying cross-selling opportunities

* Supporting and motivating the team

* Delivering outstanding customer service
