Temp Accounts Assistant; Temporary

Position: Temp Accounts Assistant (Temporary)
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a lovely company based in Horsham, West Sussex who are looking for a temp Finance Assistant to start ASAP and support with everyday transactional finance such as; accounts payable invoicing, supplier statements, handling invoice queries, reconciliations etc.

Pay rate: £14-15 per hour + holiday pay

Hours:

9-5

Accounts Assistant duties:

Processing purchase invoices
Preparing the monthly payment run for suppliers
Preparing and issuing Statements of Account for customers
Handling and following up on any invoice or payment queries
Assisting with credit control, contacting customers regarding any outstanding debts
Supporting the office and finance team with any other admin duties

Skills and experience required:

Ideally have some proven experience working in an Accounts / Finance support / Accounts Payable type role
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good IT skills
