Temporary Production Operative – Immediate Start

Location: Washington, Pulborough

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Duration: Up to 6 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

First Recruitment Services is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and innovative client based in Washington, Pulborough. We are currently seeking a Temporary Production Operative to support a dynamic and fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient assembly and dispatch of products. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in the assembly of high-quality products to meet production targets
• Preparing and packaging items for dispatch in accordance with company standards
• Picking and organising components required for product assembly
• Conducting basic testing and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Reliable transport – due to the location, public transport is not available
• Excellent attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in assembly and testing
• Strong work ethic – a proactive and committed approach to daily tasks
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment is desirable, though full training will be provided
