Production Operative

Join a leading global manufacturer of water purification and disinfection tablets. Our client is looking for dedicated Production Operators to help keep their semi-automated production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Full training is provided, with opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards
• Complete production documentation and traceability records
• Carry out changeovers and equipment clean-downs
• Work collaboratively to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production/manufacturing (pharma/food advantageous)
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and literacy
• Willingness to work rotating shifts

Shift Pattern:

• Early: 06 45 (Mon-Thurs), 06:45-13:45 (Fri)
• Late: 14 30 (Mon-Thurs), 13:30-20:30 (Fri)
• Occasional Saturday overtime
