As a Care Assistant at Paddock Stile Manor, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness.

• Deliver personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Support residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serve meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintain a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Act as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture
