Pacifica Warranty is looking for 2 Part‑time Inbound Sales Advisors to join our existing successful Houghton‑Le‑Spring based team. This permanent role starts ASAP in the New Year. Fixed base salary with monthly commissions paid per sale.

• Answer inbound calls from customers.
• Register products and offer the opportunity to upgrade basic cover.
• Book in repairs and offer renewals.
• Target‑driven role with training (~1 week) and KPI measurement.

• Positive, outgoing and looking for a new challenge.
• Part‑time availability to work around childcare or other commitments.
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact‑centre sales environment.
• Trustworthy, reliable, driven, motivated, target‑driven and not afraid of hard work.

Standard hours:
Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm (chosen hours will remain within this scope). Office‑based role in Houghton‑Le‑Spring DH4 (no remote). Salary full‑time equivalent £23,985 approx., pro‑rata dependent on hours agreed based on 21 years+.
