A leading Tier 1 residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a major mixed‑use development comprising over 600 residential units in Hounslow.

This is a permanent opportunity to work on a flagship, multi‑phase scheme delivering high‑quality apartments alongside associated commercial and public realm elements.

• Day‑to‑day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitoring programme progress and reporting to the Project Manager / Senior Site Manager
• Driving quality, finishing standards, and snagging processes
• Maintaining excellent site records and ensuring compliance with NHBC and Building Regulations

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large‑scale residential or mixed‑use developments
• Background working with a Tier 1 or reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, quality control, and H&S legislation
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid qualifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
