A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a Main Contractor in South West London.

This main contractor specialises in new build, refurbishment and internal fit-out projects in the sector of high-end, residential and is valued up to £20m.

The project is a £10m high-end residential for a well-known celebrity.

• Managing the financial aspects of the project carried out by the contractors.
• Ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are performed to the highest standard.
• Making sure the SHEQ standards are followed correctly and understood at all times of the project.
• Making sure the company’s way of work is learnt, followed and put into your daily work routine.
• Acting in a professional working manner in everything you’re doing to maintain the company’s high reputation.

• 5 years’ experience.
• BSc degree in quantity surveying or in a similar commercial degree.
• Good data skills.
• Experience in New build.
• Experience in Refurbishment.
• Line management skills are desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access; willingness to extend software package knowledge.
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card at an appropriate level.
