Job Overview
Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client building's mechanical and electrical systems.
Main Duties- Ensure all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
- Maintain a high quality service.
- Manage workload and prioritise the work schedule.
- Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
- Understand and comply with policies and procedures.
- Carry out work safely and diligently; comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
- Carry out additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
- Adopt a self‑managing approach to work with a strong health and safety attitude.
- Work on shift rotation 4 on 4 off.
- Qualified engineering background – C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proactive and self‑motivated.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM.
- Challenging and inquisitive mindset.
