Shift Electrical Engineer

Job Overview

Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client building's mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ensure all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
• Maintain a high quality service.
• Manage workload and prioritise the work schedule.
• Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
• Understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• Carry out work safely and diligently; comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
• Carry out additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
• Adopt a self‑managing approach to work with a strong health and safety attitude.
• Work on shift rotation 4 on 4 off.

• Qualified engineering background – C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proactive and self‑motivated.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM.
• Challenging and inquisitive mindset.
