Position: UK - On-Site Coordiantor

The position:
We are looking for an On‑Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.

Working Hours:

08:00‑16:00. Salary: £28,000. Contract Type:
Permanent.

Role of an On‑Site Coordinator
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment, onboarding, and employment regulations (local, state, and federal)
  • Coordinate on‑site recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Verify and maintain candidate documentation (right‑to‑work, background checks, drug screens, certifications, IDs)
  • Track compliance status and resolve discrepancies prior to start dates
  • Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for recruitment compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records in ATS and HR systems
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation
  • Communicate compliance requirements to candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, and site management to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Monitor adherence to client‑specific compliance standards and SLAs
  • Provide reporting on compliance metrics and onboarding progress
  • Identify process improvements to reduce compliance risk
As an On‑Site Coordinator, you will need to have
  • Proven experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high‑volume staffing or logistics environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive, problem‑solving approach to decision‑making
