YOUR ROLE AT QDRIVE

• Manage budgets, sales, and profitability for the Heathrow flagship branch.
• Lead and develop Customer Service Agents, Chauffeur Drivers, and Fleet Support staff through coaching and reviews.
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Oversee a high-value luxury fleet, including servicing, handovers, and compliance.
• Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism.

Your Skills Matter

  You understand the needs of high-net-worth clients and deliver at a concierge level.

  5+ years in rent-a-car.
