Barista

Join Restaurant Associates UK as a Barista on a permanent casual basis (0 hours per week). We look for a driven individual who delivers first‑class service and expertly crafted coffees to our customers. Shift patterns will be variable.

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high‑quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Ensuring brewing equipment operates properly and reporting maintenance needs
• Representing Restaurant Associates and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

• Excellent communicator who builds relationships easily
• Has previous experience in customer service
• Strives for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
• Takes initiative and makes decisions that are right for our customers
• Has hands‑on experience with brewing equipment
• Can work under pressure
• Demonstrates exceptional time‑keeping and reliability
