Retail Supervisor in Hounslow – make a fantastic first impression, build relationships and exceed expectations. Serve customers, support the Store Manager, manage deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain branch standards.

• Stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean, and put orders together.
• Provide a great customer experience with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships, ensuring customers leave with everything they need.
• Maintain product availability and high branch standards, creating a fun working environment.

• Hard work and passion – no retail experience required, focus on delivering great service.
• A love of teamwork – willing to muck in and get hands dirty.
• A positive attitude to create excellent customer experiences.
