The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a large and diverse team in one of the busiest retail environments in the country. You'll play a key part in creating a positive, energetic workplace culture while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. From team coaching and service standards to stock control and compliance, you'll help ensure everything operates at peak performance.
