We are recruiting a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Advisor to join a well‑established HGV business based in the Heathrow area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships and supporting customers in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

As a Sales Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Provide accurate information on HGV products, services, and support options
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships

• Previous experience in a sales, service advisor, or customer‑facing role
• Experience with in automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle environments preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and CRM software
• Professional telephone manner and attention to detail

• £33,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday working hours
