Operations Coordinator, Imports/Exports & Customs

Are you an experienced Operations Coordinator ready for your next challenge? Join our client’s dynamic team in Shepperton, where your knowledge and drive will play a key role in their continued growth.

You’ll ideally have some experience in import/export operations and customs procedures, but we’re also happy to provide training across air, sea, and road freight for the right candidate.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm / 9:00am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments (air, road, and sea)
• Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations
• Manage documentation for customs clearance
• Provide end-to-end operational support in a fast-paced environment

What We’’re Looking For

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Knowledge of customs processes and documentation
• Exposure to air, road, or sea freight (experience in all is ideal but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Experience with CDS or other customs systems is an advantage
