Senior Warehouse Operative - 12.26 per hour - Immediate Start - Hayes, West London

• Regular weekday work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm - no weekends

• Taking ownership of stock control, including regular stock takes and cycle counts

• Monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and reporting issues accurately

• Inputting and maintaining accurate stock, delivery, and inventory data on warehouse computer systems

• Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and goods-in/goods-out

• Assisting with the coordination of workload and prioritisation of tasks

• Providing on-the-floor support and guidance to warehouse operatives when required

• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are consistently followed

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse or logistics experience

• Previous experience in a senior, lead, or stock-focused warehouse role preferred

• Strong computer skills, including confident data entry and use of warehouse management systems

• Good level of fitness - some lifting involved

• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to lead by example

• 12.26 per hour (Monday to Friday)
