We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to manage vendor invoicing and customer billing activities.
- Process and record vendor invoices with proper supporting documentation and coding.
- Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices based on approved billing information.
- Handle invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and customers as needed.
- Perform account reconciliations and support month-end activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Experience with ASPIRE is highly desired, or Net Suite or other ERP/accounting systems
