About the role

My Amazon Guy is a growing digital marketing agency. This Finance Specialist role owns financial records, reporting, tax compliance, and accounts payable and receivable functions to support operations and decision making.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping, preferably in Quick Books
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to support budgeting and forecasting
• Handle invoicing, billing, and maintain client and vendor records
• Assist in preparing and filing US tax forms and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support audits and uphold accounting standards and company policies

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Solid understanding of US taxation basics (e.g., 1099, sales tax)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
