Senior Accounting Specialist to lead Accounts Receivable and support Accounts Payable and core financial operations.
- Manage invoicing and customer collections.
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Review and process vendor invoices accurately.
- Support accounts payable activities and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing and relevant tax documentation.
- Improve financial controls and strengthen reporting accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Traverse ERP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Proven ability to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Solid understanding of invoicing, AP/AR workflows, and financial controls.
