- Prepare daily bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Verify, record, and post financial transactions.
- Process ACH payments, wire transfers, share drafts, and returned deposits.
- Review invoices, assign GL codes, and prepare payments.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and accounting records.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and provide backup accounting support.
- Associate degree or 3–6 months of related experience/training; equivalent combinations accepted.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or with a team.
