Key Responsibilities

• Post daily accounts receivable payments in Sage.
• Process customer credit card payments and journal entries.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
• Monitor outstanding A/R balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Contact customers regarding collections via email and telephone, including issuing demand letters when necessary.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide invoice copies and process customer lien releases.
• Prepare credit memos as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts receivable experience required.
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
