For our client, we are seeking a Principal - People Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will help grow a people advisory practice by leading strategic client engagements, shaping go-to-market direction, and advancing market bookings. The principal will serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients and stakeholders while ensuring delivery excellence on complex engagements. In addition, the position will contribute thought leadership, mentor senior talent, and help strengthen the practice’s offerings and overall growth.

Remote
Compensation: $165,300 – $235,000 annually
Responsibilities- Drive advisory growth by securing new and repeat business
- Advance market bookings through strategic client engagement
- Ensure delivery excellence in complex advisory engagements
- Build executive-level partnerships as a trusted advisor
- Steer business development by uncovering new opportunities
- Elevate thought leadership through insights and industry representation
- Develop the practice by mentoring senior talent and enhancing offerings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance;
Master's degree preferred - Certifications in HR management (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) and data analysis (Microsoft Power BI)
- 5-7 years of experience in advisory roles, particularly in people advisory or HR consulting
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applications
- Strong executive presence and storytelling skills
