Senior Principal, Business Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Principal, Business Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will help shape operational strategy by building the metrics, reporting, and analytical frameworks that guide key business decisions.
The position will partner closely with Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and overall performance visibility.
It will also drive a disciplined approach to turning complex data into actionable insights while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes through AI and automation.

Location:

Remote
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and operational dashboards
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPI performance
• Support forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with Finance
• Apply AI and analytics to enhance reporting and decision support
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve processes
• Break down complex business problems into actionable insights

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, SaaS, corporate planning, or analytics
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial and operational data
• Ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans
• Proven relationship-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience navigating ambiguity with a structured approach
• Demonstrated leadership influencing cross-functional teams
