• Lead the design process for luxury residential projects, from conceptualization to detailed construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that meet client needs and project briefs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination for residential projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Oversee site visits and construction administration to ensure quality and adherence to design.
• Liaise effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Ensure designs comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and heritage guidelines.
• Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

• A Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on high-end residential design.
• Demonstrated experience in managing residential projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.
