  • Cover plan review, US code compliance, drawing-set quality control, and coordination across structural, civil, architectural, and MEP sheets.
  • Write precise prompts and evaluate AI model responses for technical shortcomings.
  • Define the key elements of correct answers so responses can be reviewed consistently.
  • Write structured feedback that clearly explains engineering and code issues.
  • Work independently and complete assignments at your own pace in a remote setting.

  • Experience:

At least five years of professional engineering experience on building projects in the United States.
  • Plan review:
Experience with construction-document code review, responding to plan review comments, or third-party review.
  • Technical knowledge:
Working knowledge of US building codes and engineering standards used on real projects.
  • Document skills:
Ability to read and cross-check complete architectural, structural, civil, and MEP construction document sets.
  • Communication:
Strong written communication, careful attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex engineering ideas clearly.
