Key Qualifications & Skills- Current RN licensure and ability to deliver direct emergency nursing care
- Strong triage, assessment, medication, and IV administration skills
- Experience supporting procedures and responding effectively to critical patients
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Proficiency with monitoring and clinical documentation systems
- Excellent communication and patient/family education skills
