Product Order Associate

Exciting Opportunity! Product Order Associate – Operations Northwest Houston | $21–$24/hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are looking for a dependable Product Order Associate to join the Operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of inventory management, order processing, vendor coordination, and customer service.

You'll play an important role in making sure products are properly stocked, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive the service they deserve.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate vendor restocking, and ensure products are available when needed.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer support and respond to product inquiries.
• Prepare product and supply quotes for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate shipping through UPS, Fed Ex, TForce, and other carriers.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities.
• Assist with inventory reporting, invoicing, and general operational support.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of warehouse inventory control experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively with a team.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
