• Primary focus on door‑to‑door sales, engaging residents at their homes.
• Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion.
• Work closely with your line manager to showcase the benefits of You Fibre to residents.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.

• You’re located within a 30‑minute drive of the sales area.
• You hold a full clean UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• You have a valid right to work in the UK.

• Passionate about providing top‑tier customer service.
• Driven to succeed both individually and in a team environment.
• A great communicator.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

• Full training provided. No prior industry experience required.
• Safety app installed on company iPad for lone worker monitoring.

• £25,000 per annum base salary.
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000.
