Temp to Perm Forklift Drivers

Express Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a reputable firm who are based locally in the Hucknall Area. Candidate should be able to drive in order to reach the location.

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who are qualified to drive a Forklift, an applicant must possess a current and valid Counterbalance licence as it is essential for this role. You’ll be required to complete other general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.

All applicants must have a clean driving licence and must be willing to help within the warehouse too. This is a temporary vacancy initially, however it may be extended or offered permanently for the right person.

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to load, unload and move palletised goods
• Complete general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks
• Work efficiently with pick lists, delivery notes or stock systems to ensure accurate stock movement
• Maintain high standards of workplace housekeeping and adhere to health and safety procedures

• Hold a valid, nationally recognised counterbalance forklift licence and confident operating in a busy warehouse or industrial environment
• Proven experience loading, unloading and moving palletised goods safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques and a strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Experience working to pick lists, delivery notes or stock systems to ensure accurate stock movement
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a wider operations or warehouse team

Hours
:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Salary
: c £13.50 per hour D.O.E
