Quest Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Construction). The project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The project manager works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resource allocation
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities and ensure work aligns with plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow
- Track expenditures, manage change orders, and control costs
- Ensure all work complies with building code, standards and regulations
- Oversee commissioning, inspections and handover procedures
- Proficiency in project management software MS Project
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Understanding of design drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more in a construction project I commercial and Industrial
- Extensive experience in definition and execution of small to medium construction programmes
- Proven track record of managing Cost Accounts, schedule adherence and recovery activities
- Experience in the RIBA process is essential
- Strong PM organisation skills and ability to report upwards to Board level – strong communication skills
- Experience at customer management and business development practices – creating bids, winning bids
- Experience at reviewing construction project costs and understanding should costs v estimate costs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
