Site Manager – Construction - Negotiable Salary Your new company A growing contractor operating across East Anglia, London and the Midlands, working on a variety of projects, from New Build to Refurbishments with projects including Schools and Hospitals up to £15m. Your new role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build industrial self-storage facility in Ashford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Monitor project progress, quality, and budget adherence. Maintain accurate site records and reporting to the Project Manager. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial new-build projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. SMSTS certification and CSCS card required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
