Graduate Building Surveyor

New opportunity in Liverpool / hybrid for a graduate building surveyor, 30k plus APC support Your new company You will be joining a large international consultancy with more than 6,500 colleagues, located in over 70 cities worldwide. They operate across a mix of different sectors, including education, residential, retail, government, commercial, health etc. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy who offer services including quantity surveying and project management.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to the Liverpool office. Reporting to the Director, you would get excellent exposure and support to a varied workload, enabling you to complete your APC. Your new role You will work on a mixture of building surveying duties including CAD drawings, right of light, professional and project work.

Sectors would include health, education, commercial and retail initially. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have good CAD skills and experience with some demonstrable building surveying experience too. What you'll get in return This is a hybrid role where you can work up to 3 days at home and 2 in the office, pension up to 10% matched, 25 holidays plus bank holidays which also increase with length of service, up to 30 days.
