Quantity Surveyor – Working on a Residential project in Manchester About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK main contractor delivering high-quality Residential and Commercial developments. This role will be based on a flagship project in Manchester, contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale scheme.

Key Responsibilities Manage all cost-related aspects of the project from inception to completion Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor accounts Provide accurate reporting to support project delivery and profitability Manage valuations and variations About You Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential housing / apartment schemes JCT experience Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and cost control Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline What’s on Offer Opportunity to work on a landmark development across the Northwest Competitive salary and benefits package.
