Working hours:
Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute break) Main Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers Make outgoing phone calls to customers with updates on their orders. Investigate and resolve a range of complaints Log complaints on the system and mark to the relevant department. Support customers arriving on site Organising the service schedules and arranging customer visits Booking courier services Learn the technical knowledge of products Background required Customer Service Administration Knowledge of Manufacturing Sector Please send your CV to me directly to be considered for this role.
