Key Responsibility Areas
- Inputting and data retrieval
- Answering and making telephone calls
- Invoicing and purchasing
- Monitoring and actioning a variety of tasks that come into the 7 different Environmental Health inboxes
- Taking payments over the phone
- Providing late cover until 5.15pm one day a week
- Minute taking
- General duties which may be required to fulfil the role

- Flexible/adaptable
- Computer literate:
Microsoft Office, email, databases and IT systems.
