The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Controls Engineer to support an urgent contract requirement with a client based in Huddersfield.
You will be joining an existing engineering team and will be responsible for PLC programming and controls support, primarily using Siemens systems and TIA Portal.
Key Responsibilities
* PLC programming using Siemens / TIA Portal
* Modification and support of existing control systems
* Fault finding and commissioning support
* Working closely with internal engineering teams on-site
* Ensuring systems meet project and operational requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Controls Engineer (contract or permanent)
* Strong Siemens PLC programming experience
* Hands-on experience with TIA Portal
* Ability to work on-site in Huddersfield
* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
