What You’ll Do
  • Support senior engineers on exciting projects
  • Help design, plan, and manage highways and public spaces
  • Get involved in site visits, contract management, and supervision
  • Use tools like AutoCAD and learn on the job
  • Collaborate with teams across the council and beyond
Who We’re Looking For
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to learn
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent experience)
  • Interest in engineering and improving local infrastructure
