Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.

As a Volunteer Individual Placement Support Worker with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services to help them achieve their goals. The role is part of the Employment team based across Huddersfield and Dewsbury.

• Support people to find employment.
• Provide "in-work support" and link them to local employers.
• Offer flexible, curious, and compassionate listening and support on a day-to-day basis.

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision and have someone on site you can approach for day‑to‑day advice and guidance. In return for your time you will receive valuable training, gain experience and skills, and make a real difference.
