HR Administrator

Temporary HR Administrator Job | Deeside | £13.50ph | 6–8 week requirement | On-site | Manufacturing Your new company A successful manufacturing company based on the Deeside Industrial Estate who are significantly growing in their market share, are currently looking for a competent HR administrator to join their busy office on a contract basis until the end of December. They are well established with an international footprint and are always finding innovative ways to develop the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available administrator with exposure to HR processes. Your new role You will be based in a fast paced human resources team, where you will be expected to manage a high volume of work. Your duties will include but aren't limited to:
Supporting the full employee life cycle, preparing HR data for monthly reporting, preparing induction packs and delivering induction programmes, maintaining and analysing absence data, booking and organising external training courses, maintaining training records, preparing employment contracts and attending confidential meetings and producing minutes. What you'll need to succeed You will be a good communicator where being you are able to converse across all levels alongside demonstrating an enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.

You will be eager to produce high quality work and show a keen eye for detail to ensure there are no errors being processed. You will have a positive outlook and always be looking for ways in which you can be busy. You will have recent senior administration experience and ideally knowledge of HR processes. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience dealing with confidentiality and sensitive situations.
