Base pay range

Production Operative – Skilled
Permanent
Huddersfield
Salary depends on experience + overtime
Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4:15 pm and 6:45 am – 12:45 pm on Friday.
Uniform will be provided and an allowance for safety boots.

Job Description

As a Production Operative, your key activities will be assisting all departments as required, floating between departments as the business necessitates.

  • Assist all departments with any activities as required.
  • Float between departments as the business necessitates.
  • Maintain a level of attention to detail and manufacturing knowledge.
  • Perform assembly operations, material control & movement, cutting, drilling, tapping and process verification.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the production system.
  • Collaborate across production and assembly to ensure delivery of high‑quality modules on time.
  • Perform other duties as requested by your line manager to support business objectives.
